If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 90 days to start a return and receive a full refund — the product must be tried to qualify. Contact us with your order number for return instructions. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of the return arriving. Every device carries a 2-year warranty against defects — we repair or replace it free. Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
