Use your Physiothera device for up to 90 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 90 days to start a return and receive a full refund — the product must be tried to qualify, because we want you to actually use it first.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of the return arriving at our facility.
2-Year Warranty
Every device is covered for 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship — we repair or replace it free of charge.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
